Risk Management Policy and Procedure

 

To ensure effective risk management, Sirtec recognize the risks confronted in the course of its business operation, and draft risk limits for each department. Sirtec establish sound internal regulations and implement the necessary manage mechanisms to control risks, such as "Procedure of Endorsements and Guarantees", "Procedure of Loans to Others", "Management of Related Party Transactions", "Supervision and Management of Subsidiaries".


The internal audit department of Sirtec periodically perform full self-assessments of our internal control system, review the implementation of risk management system and, any deficiency or irregularity found in the review will be tracked after such audit report is submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, so as to ensure that the relevant units have taken appropriate improvement measures in a timely manner.
