The General Management Division can be divided into four departments: Management Department, Information Department, Stock affairs Department and Financial Department.

Their main responsibilities are:

(1)Draw up, promote and inspect corporate collective regulations and systems.

(2)Plan and manage human resource.

(3)Plan and execute financial affairs.

(4)Manage affairs relating to the stock affairs, Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.

(5)Computerized planning and establish related affairs.
